Houston, TX. – 23 May 2023. Enoverra is pleased to announce that it has executed an MOU for a Strategic Alliance Agreement with deep well injection pioneer, Advantek Waste Management Services. Advantek operates a series of Class I, II, and V injection wells for materials related to industrial waste, organics, oil and gas, and carbon sequestration and removal across the US including a Class V biosolids injection well for the City of Los Angeles, California. Since 2008 Advantek and its affiliates have permanently sequestered over 1.1 million tons of CO2e safely underground in their organic waste platform alone.
Under the terms of the Strategic Alliance Agreement MOU, Advantek will provide access to its extensive expertise in deep well injection, subsurface modeling, well operations and engineering, as well as wellbore assets where possible. This partnership will help Enoverra mature its novel patent-pending technology for transforming waste biomass into valuable renewable chemical products.
“We are excited to help Enoverra advance its sustainable waste management and decarbonization efforts,” said Omar Abou-Sayed, CEO of Advantek. “Our geomechanical engineering expertise and subsurface modeling capabilities will help accelerate the development of Enoverra’ s technology”
“We are thrilled to have Advantek’s global expertise and market insight. “ said Mukesh Kapila, Founder and CEO of Enoverra. “Their resources and capabilities in subsurface engineering will be invaluable as we move to commercialize our technology and expand the production of carbon neutral, transitional fuels and sustainable chemicals.”
This partnership is an important step for Enoverra as it looks to leverage its innovative technology to address the global challenge of sustainable waste management and support the transition to a lowcarbon economy
